Assisting with locking in your final plans, ready for your construction set to be issued with all minor internal changes and plumbing locations finalised.

Starting strong with all external colour selections we select everything for the exterior of the new home. From brickwork, to cladding profiles, garage door colour to paintwork and everything in between, documenting this ready for your external selections to be ordered and commenced.

Focusing on the exterior of you home first, helps to set the overall style and tone for your new project, helping us marry the exterior to the interior in your next appointment.

The internal selections are the most detailed parts of this process and cohesion is essential, not only by bringing the exterior inside, but flowing from room to room.

This is the chance to review, make final tweaks and approve all of the beautiful selections that we have made together, for your new project.

Once this Materials and Finishes Schedule is approved by you, it is ready to be used by the builder to construct and complete your new project!
