By using our website and purchasing our services or products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). 2. Services Provided

Our services include interior design consultation, design concepts, and digital Colour Guides. These services may be offered online, in person, or through digital products available on our website.

3. Use of Website and Services

  • You acknowledge that all digital products, including but not limited to design concepts and Colour Guides, are for personal use only unless express written permission is given by The Venture Home Hub to do so.

  • All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and design materials, is the property of The Venture Home Hub and is protected by Australian copyright laws and international copyright treaties.

5. The VHH Colour Guides

  • The VHH Colour Guides are offered as digital downloads only. These Colour Guides are licensed for personal use only.

  • The resale or redistribution of these Colour Guides, in any form, is strictly prohibited.

6. No Resale Rights

  • You agree not to resell, distribute, or share the designs, Colour Guides, or any other digital content provided by The Venture Home Hub for any commercial purposes without express written permission is given by The Venture Home Hub to do so.

  • Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property is a violation of our terms and may result in legal action.

7. Payments and Refunds

  • Payments for services or products are processed through our secure payment gateways, and we accept payments in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • Digital Products: All sales of our Colour Guides and digital products are final. We do not offer refunds on any product, once they are in your possession.

  • Services: If you have purchased a service, you may be entitled to a refund or compensation under Australian Consumer Law if the service provided is not in accordance with the scope of works.

8. Australian Consumer Law

  • The Venture Home Hub complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If our products or services do not meet a consumer guarantee under ACL, you may be entitled to a remedy, including a replacement, or refund.
